As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a lush front garden leading to an expansive open-air living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an upstairs master bedroom with a breathtaking sea view. The villa also features two additional garden-surrounded bedrooms, all designed in traditional Balinese style with high wood beam ceilings and private garden bathrooms.
Outside, you’ll find a wooden gazebo and a large, centrally located pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, lounge chairs, and a traditional Balinese umbrella—perfect for relaxation. Each morning, our attentive staff will prepare a delicious Western or Asian-style breakfast and ensure the villa is impeccably clean, all while respecting your privacy.

Just steps from your door, Lean Beach offers calm, crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, or even a catamaran ride. A short walk away, Lipah Beach is another gem along Amed’s 11 km stretch of picturesque fishing villages, each with its own unique beach cove.
